After reading a bit more online, I found that most publishers who were over the pay limit had gotten suspended for one reason or another. There are a bunch of angry webmasters out there now that want to get back at M-Empire. I doubt I will ever work with a M-Empire affiliated network again since they are a bunch of crooks wanting to steal your money. Goes to show that you shouldn't sign up with an affiliate program that is only a few months old.
